Weight Loss Manual
This is the core of the program. It’s only 80 pages, but that’s because there’s no fluff. It explains gender differences in metabolism, the science behind popular foods (in layman’s terms), macronutrients, calories, and weight vs shape. It also includes the 12-week metabolic override program.

12-Week Workout System
If you’re trying to lose weight, you’ll make more progress if you exercise. Even if you’re not trying to lose weight, exercise is still important as it’s good for your overall health and well being.
With the workout system you’ll be exercising 3 days a week for 12 weeks. For every single day that you exercise there’s a chart that tells you what exercises to do, how many sets, how many reps to attempt, and how long you should rest between sets.
It also has video demonstrations of every exercise so you’ll know you’re doing them properly. These exercises can all be done at home or at the gym. Once you’ve finished that, you can start the Venus Factor Final Phase. This 90-page book has additional nutrition information along with a more advanced 12-week workout plan.

When you open the PDF file, each of the exercises listed is a hyperlink that takes you directly to a video demonstration. There are 3 workouts for each of the 12 weeks, a total of 36 workouts.
With this program you enter your height, weight, measurements, age and how much you exercise. Based on that, it will tell you your ideal measurements, how many calories to eat, and how much protein to consume.
